Moral Foundations as Ethical Codes in a Brazilian Context

We present a survey of Brazilians on their adoption set ethical rules, the moral foundations. The aim study is to characterize profiles sample adults in terms reliance foundations, under assumption that each foundation represents an code, considering social variables such as gender, schooling level, and religion. Results from cluster analysis revealedthe existence two broad response patterns weinterpreted codes, liberal ethic prioritizes individual, associated higher educational levels, pluralistic code values both individual group relations, linked lower schooling.
